In order to maintain the integrity of our products, we are unable to accept online returns. This allows us to ensure that each fragrance shipped is in original factory condition and has not been impacted by excessive heat, cold, or light exposure.
If you’re shopping in-store, exchanges and store credit are available as long as the product is unopened and a receipt is retained. We understand that fragrance is personal, and we want you to love your purchase! Our staff will assist you in finding any new samples you may wish to try before committing to another scent.
