If you’re shopping in-store, exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit are available as long as the product is unopened (this includes all packaging) and a receipt is retained. We understand that fragrance is personal, and we want you to love your purchase! Our staff will assist you in finding any new samples you may wish to try before committing to another scent.
